If you are using Internet Explorer 7, a recent security update for Windows might have caused problems with dropdown menus for your MyLab New Design course. Please see the workaround for this issue, below.
Workaround:
1. Internet Options > Tools > Security Tab
2. Internet Zone > Click “Custom level”
3. Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section to verify that the “Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints option” is selected
4. Click Save and Apply.
