Getting Started with MyMarketingLab, MyIBLab, MyBizLab, & MyBCommLab

Was your New Year’s resolution to use a Pearson MyLab in 2012?  Whether you are a new or returning user, the Pearson Customer Experience team is here to help you get up and running quickly!

This fall, students and instructors took advantage of our new course homepage to access ALL MyLab and Mastering courses from one place and one Log In.  We also launched MyLab New Design for all of our 2012 titles offering a new user interface, new communication and collaboration tools, enhanced eText with iPad app, and more course customization options.

For your start to the New Year, we wanted to outline the convenient and easy to use resources available to you 24/7.

Getting Started:

We offer great resources available to help as you get started with your MyLab including tutorial videos, interactive user guide, and WebEx training sessions.

• Tutorial Videos- located on the My Business School Community site via CommunityTV. These videos provide a visual demonstration of many tasks and functions within your MyLab. Click here to view the full CommunityTV library. • WebEx Training Sessions- schedule located on the MyLab Homepages under the Tours and Training tab. First Day of Class:

We provide step-by-step registration and enrollment instructions for students via PowerPoint and PDF located on the MyLab Homepages under the Support tab.
